Is there anything better than Heirloom Tomatoes in the summer?? 🌞🍅 Avocado Caprese salad is one of my all times faves! Can’t wait to make a trip to the farmers market to pick up some heirloom tomatoes and recreate this!
I just slice a couple of large tomatoes and avocado. Then I top it off with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and black pepper.
