PESTO PASTA for the WIN! I can’t get enough of @eatbanza chickpea pasta lately! It’s so versatile 👏🏼 This was so easy to throw together! I boiled the chickpea pasta with shredded brussel sprouts. Then drained out the water and added @traderjoes kale pesto, tomatoes, spinach and lots of cracked black pepper. SO GOOD! Definitely going to be making this one again soon! Hope you all have a great night! 😘

Boil the chickpea pasta with shredded brussel sprouts until the pasta is al dente and sprouts are tender. Drain out the water. Add kale pesto, chopped tomatoes, fresh spinach, and lots of cracked black pepper to the pasta mixture. Toss to combine and serve warm.
